Friday 11th August Sponsor's reception at the Club House at 6.00pm

Saturday 12th August

Dinghies
Dinghy racing in Topaz and Pico dinghies (Topaz and Pico dinghies will race together)
Names of those wishing to sail to be submitted to the Race Office (Portakabin) by12noon on Saturday.
Dinghy crews to meet at 1.00 pm to rig boats
1.30 pm crew briefing

Four races will be run
Race 1- 2.30pm start - For competent helms with beginner crews. (Crews and boats to be allocated by Sailing Instructors with priority to Club members
Races 2, 3, 4 - Estimated first start 3.15 pm - For competent helms and crews (Crews and boats to be allocated by Sailing Instructors with priority to Club members)
Races 2, 3, 4 will be run as back to back races. 5 minute signal will be given 5 minutes after the last boat finishes the previous race.

Cruisers
2 races back to back.
First start at 2.15 pm.
5 minute signal for second race will be given 5 minutes after the last boat finishes the previous race.
Starting countdown will be given on VHF Channel 14

Barbecue - From 6pm
Followed by prize giving for dinghy races and draw for hamper.
Demonstration of Safety flares

Sunday 13th August

Dinghies - Sunday sailing 12 noon to 2 pm
Cruiser race - Start 2.30 pm
Cruiser's Prize giving at 5.45 pm
