Owners Declaration

1. I confirm that I hold current IRC and ECHO certificates.

2. As a condition of my entry being accepted, I agree that the safety of the above yacht and her crew is at my sole and exclusive risk and in particular acknowledge that is my sole responsibility to decide whether to start or continue to race.
I voluntarily assume the risks associated with taking part in the event and I agree to indemnify the organisers;
Clifden Boat Club, their servants or agents, against any claim arising out of my boat and crew's participation in this event

3. I acknowledge that use of the Moorings is at my own risk.

4. I confirm that my boat carries adequate valid third party liability insurance cover

5. I wish to enter the above named boat and agree to be bound by 'The Racing Rules of Sailing' and by all other rules that govern this event.
