Clifden Boat Club was in existence in the early 1900’s and has been part of Clifdens maritime heritage since.
The club acts as a focal point for those that own or have an interest in being in and around boats and the sea. The clubhouse, built in the early 80’s is a focal point of the club and a great place to socialise. 
Clifden Boat Club has a good community of sailors and boat enthusiasts and is a great place to learn how to sail and to improve your sailing skills.
